Chia Cereal Bowel
Ingredients
1-3 tablespoons chia seeds
2-3 cup almond milk (or other nut milk)
Pinch of good salt, maple syrup, stevia, or honey- to taste
Trader Joe's organic coconut crunchy clusters on top.
Instructions:
Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk and stir them well. Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and soften. You can also let it sit overnight, but I think it tastes better if it doesn't sit that long.
Right before you eat it, add your favorite sweetener to taste. Then, top it with organic coconut crunchy clusters or seasonal fruit, and any other toppings you like.
Matcha Tea Latte
Ingredients
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Nativas Organic Matcha Powder
¼ cup hot water
¼ cup coconut milk, warmed
Maple syrup, honey, stevia, or sweetener of choice, optional
Instructions
Use a sifter to sift the matcha powder. This helps to remove any lumps, making it smooth and easy to mix.

Spoon the sifted matcha powder into a large mug.
Pour hot water into the mug with the matcha powder. Whisk the matcha and hot water briskly in an up and down motion. Keep whisking for about 30 seconds until it becomes frothy.
Pour coconut milk into the mug with the frothy matcha. Whisk again until everything is well combined.
Taste your matcha latte. If you like, you can add more water, coconut milk, or a sweetener to make it just right for you.
SALMON AND SWEET POTATO
Ingredients
Four pieces of fresh salmon, about 6 oz each.
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
Trader Joe’s Cuban Style Citrusy Garlic Seasoning Blend
Sliced 2 large sweet potatoes into rounds pieces
Instructions
Rub olive oil to each pieces of Salmon
Season each piece of Salmon with Trader Joe’s Cuban Style Citrusy Garlic Seasoning Blend (Cover each piece with seasoning). Set to the side
You are going to cook the sweet potato rounds for 12 minutes before adding the salmon. The sweet potatoes need more cooking time, while the salmon marinates
After the sweet potatoes have been cooking for 12 minutes, remove the pan from the oven. Place the salmon fillets directly on top of the sweet potatoes.
Put the pan back in the oven and cook the salmon for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon looks solid all the way through. The cooking time will depend on how thick your salmon pieces are. Check the salmon after 10 minutes to be safe.
Serve the salmon with the sweet potatoes and enjoy!
